Insomnia Cookies is one of the fastest growing, late-night, sweet indulgence companies in the country. We are currently hiring Shift Leaders for our new location in Sweetwater, FL. As a Shift Leader, you will be the leader of our bakery during your shift, responsible for predicting business flow, building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and customer interaction. Your leadership will contribute to a productive and fun environment for the store.

**Responsibilities:**

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products
• Support store operations, communicate effectively, monitor efficiency, and train team members
• Delegate tasks such as baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
• Work alongside the Cookie Crew
• Maintain a safe, clean environment adhering to food safety standards
• Manage cash handling and deposits

**Qualifications:**

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Experience with Point of Sale systems
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, friendly, and patient personality
• Detail-oriented and results-driven
• Leadership skills and ability to motivate
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
