Insomnia Cookies is one of the fastest growing, late-night, sweet indulgence companies in the country. We are currently interviewing for Shift Leaders at our new Wynwood, FL location! As a Shift Leader, you will be the captain of our bakery during your shift, responsible for predicting the flow of business and ensuring a successful night. Your hands-on leadership will include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and customer interaction. You will also take pride in contributing to a productive and fun environment for your team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products
• Support store operations during your shift, including communication, monitoring, and coaching team members
• Delegate tasks related to baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
• Ensure a safe, clean environment adhering to food safety standards
• Manage cash handling and deposits

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Experience with Point of Sale systems
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Outgoing, friendly, and patient demeanor
