We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel. The bagel is delicious on its own, but the cream cheese adds a lot of flavor and helps hold it all together!

What's a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They are empowered to set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback, and coach team members when needed. Shift Leaders open and close the store with minimal supervision. They ensure the quality of food and beverages served, and maintain a safe and clean environment. This role offers opportunities for career growth; many General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members. What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Ability to pass background checks
• Possession or ability to acquire a ServSafe Certification before leadership training completion
• Possession of a valid driver's license preferred but only required at specific locations
