Urbane Cafe is hiring shift leaders who can inspire their teams while delivering exceptional guest service. You will motivate staff, uphold brand values, and ensure smooth dining room operations with fair, consistent leadership.

The role emphasizes hands-on shift leadership, effective communication, and the ability to manage breaks and team tasks. This opportunity includes full benefits and career growth within a growing local chain.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift to 35 pounds.
• Great communication and people skills.
• Possess basic math and accounting skills.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests feel welcome with responsive, friendly service.
