Urbane Cafe in Santa Ana is seeking an energetic supervisor to partner with the General Manager on daily operations and uphold our company standards. You will lead a team, create a positive work environment, and drive profitability while ensuring guest satisfaction.

The role calls for 2+ years in front-of-house supervisory work, strong math and accounting basics, and excellent communication. Earn up to $73,000 with bonuses and overtime eligibility in a vibrant, growing cafe setting.

Requirements

• Able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and written – Bilingual a plus
• Experience in service and food, generally involving at least three years of front-of-thehouse operations and/or assistant management positions
• Possess excellent basic math skills and the ability to operate a POS system
• Able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have the stamina to work 45 to 50 hours per week
