Urbane Cafe is hiring a front-of-house supervisor to partner with the General Manager on daily operations and uphold our standards. You will create a positive, energizing work environment and lead a team to reach its full potential, driving sales growth while managing costs and quality.

The role emphasizes interviewing and building a strong team, motivating others, and ensuring guest and staff safety in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in food service (fast-casual preferred).
• Solid math and basic accounting skills.
• Outstanding communication and people skills.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to lead.

Requirements

• Able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and written – Bilingual a plus
• Experience in service and food, generally involving at least three years of front-of-thehouse operations and/or assistant management positions
• Possess excellent basic math skills and the ability to operate a POS system
• Able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have the stamina to work 45 to 50 hours per week
