Chick-fil-A Largo is seeking an Operations Lead to guide a fast-paced team and deliver exceptional guest experiences daily. You’ll lead by example, coach teammates, and ensure operational excellence on every shift.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership to develop people, handle opening and closing procedures, and uphold the brand’s service standards with urgency and heart.

As an Operations Lead, you’ll work alongside senior restaurant leadership to keep each shift running smoothly, hold team members accountable, and create an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and valued.

What You’ll Do

• Provide guests with prompt, friendly, and respectful service while creating genuine emotional connections.
• Help train new team members and make sure they feel welcomed and equipped for success.
• Lead opening and closing procedures and serve as akey holder.
• Count drawers, complete end-of-day procedures, and ensure the restaurant is ready for the next shift.
• Address team member performance and behavioral concerns with professionalism, respect, and consistency.
• Take initiative, solve problems, and respond with asense of urgencywhen the restaurant needs you.
• Communicate clearly and work as part of a team where everyone shares ownership and responsibility.

What You’ll Need

• Prior leadership experience is required, such as Shift Lead, Crew Lead, Team Lead, Supervisor, Restaurant Manager, or Assistant Restaurant Manager.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong people and leadership skills.
• A commitment to exceptional customer service.
• The ability to coach and manage team member performance.
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong professional references.
