Job Description - About the Job:

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, the Shift Leader assists in managing restaurant shifts, ensuring customer satisfaction and profit. The role involves hands-on training, responding to customer needs, and modeling appropriate behaviors.

Responsibilities of the Shift Leader Position:

1. Maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and product quality standards.
2. Ensure a safe working environment by modeling safe work behaviors.
3. Motivate and train team members.
4. Maintain equipment, facility, and grounds through preventative maintenance.
5. Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
6. Execute corporate and local marketing plans.
7. Champion recognition and motivation efforts.
8. Provide regular feedback to the team and RGM.
