As a Shift Leader at our UT store located at 2121 Cumberland Ave, Knoxville TN 37916, you are the captain of our bakery during your shift! You understand what it takes to "Own the Night" by predicting the flow of business and leading a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership should include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and interacting with customers. Taking pride in your role as a leader contributes to a productive and enjoyable night for your store team.

What will I do as a Shift Leader?

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products to all guests
• Support store operations by maintaining efficient workflows, communicating effectively, and ensuring team accountability
