Job description

Summary

Supervise shifts and/or work areas in a Papa John’s restaurant to ensure high-quality products and customer service, contributing to restaurant profitability. Responsibilities include managing operations, executing company policies, procedures, programs, and systems, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and ethical practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate exemplary operational skills in all aspects of the restaurant, including preparing quality products that meet Papa John’s standards and accurately reflecting customer orders. Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns, solicit feedback, and use it to improve operations and build brand loyalty. Communicate, train, and promote quality standards to team members utilizing all available tools, including the Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook.
  • Supervise the restaurant team, maintain proper staffing levels, train team members to exceed customer expectations, ensure compliance with uniform and appearance standards, and coach for performance improvement. Foster a team-oriented, energetic, and fun atmosphere focused on quality and customer service.
  • Contribute to sales goals by providing prompt, friendly service and increasing check averages through product training and sales execution.
  • Support profit goals by adhering to company guidelines, accurately utilizing the FOCUS System, managing cash duties, maintaining appropriate inventory levels, and ensuring the restaurant is clean, safe, and organized in compliance with safety standards.
