Summary

As part of our Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors lead the Squad Crew to deliver exceptional pizzas and salads with style and personalization. You set the example of service and foster an inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy personalized pizza experiences.

You will oversee the making of pizzas for diverse customer preferences, supporting a culture where everyone belongs.

Key Responsibilities

• Model MOD values and demonstrate a service mindset through effective leadership
• Create the MOD vibe that exceeds customer expectations
• Coach Shift Supervisors to maintain high energy and positivity during shifts
• Train and demonstrate operational standards and methods to the Squad
• Maintain knowledge of all operational standards and resources
• Partner with the General Manager to engage the restaurant community

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
• Proven success in leading, coaching, and motivating front-line employees
• Strategic thinking with tactical execution skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused in busy restaurant environments
• Must be at least 18 years old
