A Shift Leader is an entry-level supervisory position responsible for supporting the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager with daily restaurant operations. The Shift Leader promotes the Wingstop culture, works as a team player, and is passionate about hard work, fun, and the success of the brand.

It offers an exciting leadership opportunity with training provided for those without experience, supporting upward mobility to a General Manager role.

Qualifications/Education/Experience:

• Preferred: 1 year of food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience (not required).
• Food Handler Certification required upon hiring.
• At least 6 months of experience using a POS system.
• Ability to meet operational standards, including quality food, cash handling, safety, and security.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.

• Drive sales, control labor and food costs during shifts.
