Requirements:

• Experience: Must be an EPL Crewmember certified on all EPL SPECS positions or have at least 1 year of restaurant supervisory experience
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred. Must pass the EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) class upon hire
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills; second language is a plus
• Competencies: Basic math and computer skills, strong customer service abilities
• Food Handler Card: Must have or obtain a Serve Safe Certificate at the time of hire
• Work Hours: Full-time hours, with some overtime possible
• Career Advancement: Opportunities to develop from Shift Leader to Assistant Manager, General Manager, Area Leader, and beyond through internal promotion
• Work Attire: EPL logo’d shirt provided, black slacks, and no-slip shoes required
