As a Shift Leader, you will oversee in-store operations and coach crew members throughout your shift. Responsibilities include setting goals, assigning jobs, motivating team members, celebrating successes, and providing timely feedback. Your goal is to ensure all aspects of your shift run smoothly and effectively.

Team Environment

• Manage employees during each shift, communicate responsibilities, provide feedback, and recognize achievements respectfully.
• Deploy team members appropriately to meet customer needs and service standards.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals, and results with team members.
• Support training as directed by the General Manager or Assistant Managers.
• Arrive on time and be ready at the start of your scheduled shift.

Operational Excellence

• Model exceptional customer service.
• Drive urgency among crew members to satisfy customer needs and execute daily operations.
• Reinforce the use of systems, tools, and procedures, and correct deficiencies.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines, and complying with laws.
• Monitor team performance to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met throughout the shift.
• Complete all required training.

Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Shift Manager or similar role.
