Role Overview: As a Shift Leader, you will oversee in-store operations and coach crew members during your shift. Responsibilities include setting goals, assigning tasks, motivating staff, celebrating successes, and providing timely feedback. Your goal is to ensure smooth and effective shift operations.

Team Environment

• Manage employees during each shift, communicate responsibilities, provide feedback, and recognize achievements respectfully.
• Deploy team members to meet customer needs and service standards.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals, and results with team members.
• Support training initiatives as directed by management.
• Arrive on time and prepared for your scheduled shift.

Operational Excellence

• Model exceptional customer service.
• Drive urgency to satisfy customer needs and execute daily operations.
• Reinforce the use of systems, tools, and procedures, correcting deficiencies as needed.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines, and complying with laws.
• Monitor team performance to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Complete all required training.
