Manufacturing Team Lead (KHMS) - 3rd shift

Job Overview
  • Hourly Rate: $30.58
  • Union position
  • Work Schedule: 3rd Shift – 10PM to 6:30AM, with potential overtime including weekends and holidays
Plant Overview
  • Over 300 employees at Holland Plant, established since 1897
  • Products include sweet relish, Grey Poupon mustard, vinegar, and BBQ sauce
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead operations, coach team members, and act as SME in process areas
  • Facilitate communication between departments and develop shift plans
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives
Core Competencies

Knowledge of KHMS pillars, structured problem-solving tools; skills in coaching, leadership, data analysis; abilities in collaboration, presentation, and adaptability.

Prerequisites
  • Qualified or experienced in CIL, CLM, 5S, basic problem solving
  • Willing to become Yellow Belt qualified
Physical & Work Environment

Requires standing, walking, lifting up to 50-100 pounds with assistance, exposure to noise, chemicals, and machinery, and use of PPE.

Qualifications
  • Training for Lock Out Tag Out certification upon hire
  • Successful completion of on-the-job training and operator qualification
