Job description

As a Shift Leader at our Greenville store located at 8 East Broad St, Greenville SC 29601, you are the captain of our bakery during your shift! You understand what it takes to 'Own the Night' by predicting the flow of business and leading a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership should include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and engaging with customers. Taking pride in your role as a leader helps ensure a productive and enjoyable night for your team and store.

What will I do as a Shift Leader?

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products to all guests
• Support store operations during your shift, communicate relevant information, monitor production, uphold company standards, and assist in training team members
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow safe food handling practices
• Manage cash handling and deposits

Desired Skills and Experience:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Experience with Point of Sale systems
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and results-driven
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
