We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel. The bagel is delicious on its own, but the cream cheese adds a lot of flavor and helps hold it all together!

What's a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They help set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback and coaching, and open and close the store with minimal supervision. They ensure quality food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean environment. Many of our General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members! What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Available to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Ability to pass background checks
• Possession or ability to acquire ServSafe Certification before leadership training completion
• Valid driver's license preferred but not always required; driving qualifications as per company policy
