A Shift Leader supports the management team in running the restaurant, including coaching staff, ensuring food quality, delivering excellent customer service, cash handling, following training programs, developing team members, enforcing policies, participating in marketing initiatives, building sales, maintaining cleanliness, and being certified in all restaurant positions. They must communicate effectively, have a sense of urgency, and lead by example.

Responsibilities include:

1. Moving or transporting up to 50 lbs.
2. Working 38-40 hours per week
3. Arriving on time and communicating issues to management
4. Leading by example in food quality, customer interaction, and uniform presentation
5. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
6. Managing and leading a team of 2-5 people
7. Performing opening and closing tasks
8. Knows how to bake bread and perform prep tasks
9. Proficient in slicing

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years old, Serve Safe Food Handler certification, reliable transportation, and preferred 1 year of QSR experience.
