Job Title: Shift Leader at Jersey Mike's Subs

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu.
2. Input orders into a point-of-sale system and accept payments, calculating change accurately and efficiently.
3. Collaborate with the team to prepare subs according to customer specifications, following safety and sanitation procedures.
4. Operate kitchen machinery such as knives, grills, and slicers.
5. Maintain cleanliness by wiping tables, sweeping and mopping floors, sanitizing utensils, and servicing restrooms daily.
6. Communicate effectively with team members and management to create schedules, train new staff, and resolve interpersonal issues.
7. Handle customer concerns professionally to resolve problems in line with Jersey Mike's standards.
8. Maintain a neat appearance by wearing the required uniform and adhering to dress code.
