Job summary

Crumbl is seeking leaders to manage daily store operations in Erie, PA. You will report to the General Manager and work with the owner/management team to drive great desserts and guest experiences.

Roles include overseeing Mixing, Balling, Baking, Dressing, Serving, and Cleaning to ensure quality and consistency. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of supervisory experience and is comfortable with flexible shifts and physical tasks.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisor experience.
• Ability to work all shifts, including nights and weekends (Mon-Sat; Sun off).
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Proficient with mobile devices and store software.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in a Crumbl location.
• Direct and support team members in Mixing, Balling, Baking, Dressing, Serving, and Cleaning.
• Ensure customer experience is first-class from greeting to service.

Calling all those who love leading in a positive work environment! You will report to our General Manager and work closely with our entire owner/management team.

There is never a dull moment at Crumbl. With a weekly rotating menu of desserts that are made from scratch, you will play a vital role in leading our store!

There are many positions on our team for which you will direct and play:

• Mixing – we make all our cookies and desserts from scratch! Baking experience preferred, but NOT required. Our recipes are technology driven and easy to follow.
• Balling – use your hands to craft dough into a work of art! Great time to chat it up with your coworkers, as your hands are at work.
• Baking – run ovens like a boss! Our Oven Masters are the heart of our operation. They use their Jedi skills to ensure we always have the freshest products to meet customer demand.
• Dressing – use your steady hand and skillful eye to finish each cookie and dessert so they look perfect as you present them to our customers.
• Serving – starting with our “welcome to Crumbl” greeting of all customers, you will provide every customer with an experience that is first-class!
• Cleaning – we have a motto, “if you are leaning, you should be cleaning”. Baking is messy, dishes and tools get dirty, and we need Neat Freaks to keep the store clean and safe.

Business hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00am-10:00pm; Friday and Saturday 8:00am-11:00pm. CLOSED SUNDAYS
