Job summary

Crumbl is hiring Crew Members to join a fast-paced, family-friendly team. You’ll rotate through roles like mixing, balling, baking, dressing, serving, and cleaning, ensuring every product meets high quality standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mix cookies and desserts from scratch; baking experience is a plus but not required.
• Ball dough into shapes and contribute to dough prep.
• Bake using ovens to produce fresh products.
• Dressing: finish cookies and desserts with care before serving.
• Serve customers with a welcome and top-notch experience.
• Help keep the store clean and safe through routine cleaning.

Calling all those who love working within a positive team + a competitive hourly wage + tips! We are looking for individuals that can work Friday and Saturday shifts. Our mission at Crumbl is to bring together families & friends over a box of the best desserts in the world, and we want you to be a part of it!

As a Crew Member, there are many positions you can play on our team that make every day different and rewarding:

• Mixing – we make all our cookies and desserts from scratch! Baking experience preferred, but NOT required. Our recipes are technology driven and easy to follow.
• Balling – use your hands to craft dough into a work of art! Great time to chat it up with your coworkers, as your hands are at work.
• Baking – run ovens like a boss! Our Oven Masters are the heart of our operation. They use their Jedi skills to ensure we always have the freshest products to meet customer demand.
• Dressing – use your steady hand and skillful eye to finish each cookie and dessert so they look perfect as you present them to our customers.
• Serving – starting with our “welcome to Crumbl” greeting of all customers, you will provide every customer with an experience that is first-class!
• Cleaning – we have a motto, “if you are leaning, you should be cleaning”. Baking is messy, dishes and tools get dirty, and we need Neat Freaks to keep the store clean and safe.
