Thrive Restaurant Group is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader for Modern Market Eatery in Englewood, CO. This role drives smooth shift execution, ensures guest service standards, and leads team delegation and station coverage in a fast-paced kitchen and dining area.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months as a restaurant shift leader, strong communication skills, and knowledge of food handling and alcohol service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of restaurant shift leader experience.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Food handlers and alcohol service training preferred.
• Ability to coordinate work of self and others.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and delegate side work tasks.
• Continually monitor our food and food quality.
• Properly perform opening and closing procedures as the manager in charge of those shifts.
• Run the shift while ensuring breaks are taken at appropriate times.
• Work all stations in the restaurant and know where you are most needed.
• Assist Manager with other duties as needed.

We love food and we love providing an excellent guest experience to each person that walks through our door. We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Shift Leaders to join our team.

• Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and delegate side work tasks
• Continually monitor our food and food quality

• Run the shift while making sure that all employees are taking their given / mandatory breaks at the appropriate time throughout the day
• Work all stations in the restaurant while recognizing where you are most needed at a given time

• This position is paid hourly and is eligible for overtime in accordance with laws applicable to the work location.
• This position is eligible to participate in Tip sharing! This benefit can add upwards of $2 / hour additional pay and is paid out each pay period.
