Thrive Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for Modern Market Eatery to help ensure smooth shifts and top-tier guest service in a fast-paced, open kitchen setting.

You will oversee opening/closing, supervise breaks, and coordinate station coverage while upholding food quality and hospitality standards. Join a team committed to farm-fresh fare and guest experience in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of restaurant shift leader experience.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Food handlers and alcohol service training preferred.
• Ability to coordinate work of self and others.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and delegate side work tasks.
• Continually monitor our food and food quality.
• Properly perform opening and closing procedures as the manager in charge of those shifts.
• Run the shift while ensuring employees take their breaks at the appropriate times.
• Work all stations in the restaurant while recognizing where you are most needed.
• Assist Manager with other duties as needed.

We love food and we love providing an excellent guest experience to each person that walks through our door. We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Shift Leaders to join our team.

• This position is paid hourly and is eligible for overtime in accordance with laws applicable to the work location.
• This position is eligible to participate in Tip sharing! This benefit can add upwards of $2 / hour additional pay and is paid out each pay period.
