Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a Shift Leader to guide store operations, greet guests, and ensure smoothie quality and service standards.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, cash handling, inventory, and supporting team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar retail customer service business.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.

As a brand ambassador, Shift Leaders will help our guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to live a healthy and active lifestyle! A Shift Leader will also provide guidance to team members when the General Manager is not in the store. The successful shift leader will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business.

• Excellent Communication Skills, ability to give and receive feedback.
• Must be extremely reliable
