We seek purpose-driven Shift Leaders to be ambassadors of our brand. As a Shift Leader, you will help guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting with smoothie and retail product selections that promote a healthy lifestyle. You will also guide Team Members when the General Manager is not present. The ideal candidate is passionate about the brand and eager to take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Blend delicious smoothies.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and meet their purpose when ordering.
• Greet and engage with guests to provide a friendly experience.
• Properly prepare all ingredients: fruits, vegetables, powders, liquids.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Complete store checklist tasks.
• Be punctual and prepared for shifts.
• Promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
• Assist in managing team members during shifts.
• Handle cash, manage inventory, and complete store opening/closing tasks.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with guests and team members, with a “guest comes first” attitude.
• Minimum age of sixteen (16) years.
• Experience in fast-food is preferred but not required.
