This entry-level management position supports the management team by ensuring total guest satisfaction. The primary role of the Shift Leader is to ensure hospitality excellence by managing, coaching, and delegating to employees to ensure timely delivery of quality food, friendly behaviors, and high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Protects the restaurant's cash assets during each shift, including counting and verifying safe and cash drawer contents, completing deposit slips, and logging transactions.
• Collaborates with the General Manager and Assistant Managers to maximize sales and profits while maintaining operational standards.
• Enforces all company policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with laws regarding wages, hours, and sanitation.
• Supports the implementation of advertising and promotions, ensuring proper food preparation and presentation.
• Maintains safety and sanitation standards.
• Assists in employee training.
• Supports guest satisfaction initiatives.
• Maintains a professional appearance and adheres to uniform standards.
