As aShift Leader at ourChapel Hill store located at 145 E Franklin St, Chapel Hill NC 27514, you are the captain of our bakery during your shift! You understand what it takes to "Own the Night" (and beyond) by predicting the flow of business and leading a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership style includes building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and engaging with customers. It also involves taking pride in knowing that your leadership as an Insomniac contributes to a productive and enjoyable night for your store!

What will I do as a Shift Leader?

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products to all guests
• Support store operations during your shift, including communicating relevant information, monitoring production efficiency, and coaching team members
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to food safety standards
• Manage cash handling and deposits

Desired Skills and Experience:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Experience with Point of Sale systems
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
