We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel. The bagel is delicious on its own, but the cream cheese adds a lot of flavor and helps hold it all together!

What's a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They are empowered to set team morale and tone, provide feedback, and coach team members when needed. Shift Leaders open and close the store with minimal supervision. They ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean environment. This role offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders and Team Members. If you enjoy making mornings special for people, we'd love to hear from you.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Ability to pass background checks
• Possession or ability to acquire ServSafe Certification before leadership training completion
• Valid driver's license preferred but only required at specific locations; driving qualifications as per company policy
