Job summary

Biscuitville in Cary, NC seeks a Shift Leader who puts guests first and motivates a fast-paced team. You will help run daily operations, ensure quality, and uphold Biscuitville standards in a friendly, engaging environment.

Position offers morning shifts with commute flexibility and opportunities to lead, train, and contribute to a great guest experience at Biscuitville FRESH SOUTHERN®.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation required for daily tasks.
• Ability to operate basic computer systems (email, documents).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coach your team to ensure order accuracy, speed, high food quality and correct temperatures.
• Set an example for other team members by complying with all company standards and policies.
• Help develop crew members to gain new knowledge, skills, and responsibilities.
• Act as a leader in Biscuitville and in the community.
• Create a friendly atmosphere for customers by engaging in the dining area.
• Assist in operating costs and cash control.
• Ensure proper inventory levels through accurate ordering.
• Fill in for crew positions as needed (Biscuit Maker, Wrapper, Cashier, Cook).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation required for daily tasks such as errands, bank deposits, etc. Regular local travel required.
• Ability to operate and navigate computer systems including but not limited to sending and receiving e-mails and creating, printing, and saving documents.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Bending, reaching, twisting, turning, grasping, pushing, pulling, and walking involved.
