Biscuitville FRESH SOUTHERN® is seeking guest-obsessed Shift Leaders to join our family in Martinsville, VA. We value character, authenticity, accountability, and teamwork, offering a culture where employees feel appreciated and part of a career, not just a job.

We provide flexible scheduling, with hours from 5:00 am to 2:00 pm to keep afternoons free, and opportunities to advance. You will coach the team, ensure quality and guest satisfaction, and uphold company standards in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation for daily tasks.
• Ability to operate computer systems including email and document handling.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Bending, reaching, twisting, and walking are involved.

Responsibilities

• Coach your team to maintain order accuracy, speed, high food quality and correct temperatures.
• Set an example by complying with Code of Conduct, Attendance, and Uniform policy.
• Develop crew members to gain knowledge and skills for higher responsibility levels.
• Act as a leader in Biscuitville and in the community.
• Create a friendly atmosphere for customers by visiting the dining room.
• Assist in operating costs and cash control.
• Maintain inventory levels through accurate ordering.
• FIll in for crew positions as needed (Biscuit Maker, Wrapper, Cashier, Cook).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation required for daily tasks such as errands, bank deposits, etc. Regular local travel required.
• Ability to operate and navigate computer systems including but not limited to sending and receiving e-mails and creating, printing, and saving documents.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Bending, reaching, twisting, turning, grasping, pushing, pulling, and walking involved.
