Job summary

Biscuitville is seeking a Shift Leader who is guest-focused and motivated to build a positive, efficient team. The role emphasizes coaching, maintaining standards, and community presence, with a schedule that often allows afternoons for personal commitments.

You will lead daily operations, manage guest experience, and support cost control while helping team members grow into higher responsibilities. This is a full-time on-site role in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation for daily tasks.
• Ability to operate computers and send/receive emails and create documents.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Physical movements such as bending, reaching, twisting, and walking are required.

Responsibilities

• Coach your team to ensure order, speed, food quality and correct temperatures for every order.
• Lead by example with compliance to Code of Conduct, Attendance, and Uniform policy.
• Develop crew members through learning new skills and growing responsibility.
• Act as a leader in Biscuitville and in the community.
• Create a friendly guest atmosphere by engaging in the dining area.
• Assist in controlling costs and cash handling.
• Maintain proper inventory levels through accurate ordering.
• Fill in for crew positions as needed (Biscuit Maker, Wrapper, Cashier, Cook, etc.).

• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation required for daily tasks such as errands, bank deposits, etc. Regular local travel required.
• Ability to operate and navigate computer systems including but not limited to sending and receiving e-mails and creating, printing, and saving documents.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Bending, reaching, twisting, turning, grasping, pushing, pulling, and walking involved.
