We are seeking Shift Leaders to join our Dunkin' team!

Shift Leaders coach Crew Members during their shift to uphold operational Brand standards and provide a friendly guest experience. They set goals, assign tasks, motivate team members, celebrate successes, and offer feedback.

Responsibilities:

1. Team Environment:
   • Support a respectful team environment
   • Communicate shift priorities, goals, and results
   • Assist in training crew members
   • Provide coaching and feedback
2. Operational Excellence:
   • Maintain a guest-first culture
   • Resolve guest issues
   • Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are followed
   • Follow safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
3. Profitability:
   • Drive sales and results
   • Implement restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
   • Manage cash over/short during shifts
   • Ensure product quality

Skills and Qualifications:

• Fluent in English
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles
• Strong math and writing skills
• Basic computer skills
• Minimum 18 years old (where applicable)
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
