Job Overview

A Shift Leader supports the management team in running the location, including coaching staff, ensuring food quality, customer service, cash handling, training, enforcing policies, participating in marketing, building sales, maintaining cleanliness, and effective communication.

Responsibilities
  • Lead by example in food quality and customer service
  • Manage daily operations including opening and closing
  • Supervise and develop team members
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation
  • Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and sales growth
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: 1+ year QSR experience
  • Serve Safe Food Handler Certification
  • Must be 18+ years old to operate slicer
  • Reliable transportation
Physical and Work Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Work 38-40 hours per week
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
