WORK TYPE: On Site

LOCATION: 5349 W. 76TH Street, Indianapolis, IN

WORK HOURS: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Monday-Friday, OT as needed, especially during peak seasons from July-Dec.

Impact: As a member of the Production team, the Team Lead ensures quality screens are produced, resolves issues, and supports the team.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Supervisor to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Ensure daily delivery schedule and quality standards are maintained.
• Monitor and support employee productivity.
• Assist production team with resources and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

• High energy, leadership aptitude, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills in English, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task, problem solve, and work seasonally mandatory OT.
• Read, comprehend, and communicate effectively in English.

Education & Experience:

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse experience and bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are bonuses.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand for long periods, perform repetitive movements, lift 15-50 lbs, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
