In this role, you will oversee store opening and closing procedures, manage staff schedules, and ensure compliance with company policies. You will also handle customer complaints and maintain a clean, organized store environment.

• Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Schedule and manage the work shifts for your team, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
• Train and mentor new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain a well-stocked store.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns, ensuring they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and other operational reports.
• Participate in store meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the store.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
• Previous experience as a Shift Leader or similar supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales reporting is a plus.
• Familiarity with the software and systems used for inventory management and sales reporting is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
