Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager in daily operations, uphold food quality, safety, and the customer experience, and help drive store profitability in a fast-paced local market.

You will hire, train, and develop team members, mentor Customer Service Representatives, and ensure timely completion of daily paperwork. Must be at least 18, able to work weekends and holidays, and demonstrate reliable transportation in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Successful completion of store training.
• Previous experience supervising others, preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Computer literacy required.
• Food service experience preferred, ideally in a managerial role.
• ServSafe certification preferred or obtainable within 2 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety and store cleanliness.
• Provide superior customer service to all customers.
• Assist with hiring, training, and development of store employees.
• Motivate and lead Customer Service Representatives by example.
• Complete daily paperwork and computer entry in a timely manner.
