What’s a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Shift Leaders work closely with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set the tone and morale, provide feedback and coaching, and open and close the store with minimal supervision. They ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness. This role offers growth opportunities, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders or Team Members. If you enjoy making mornings special for others, we want to hear from you!

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends

• ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain it before leadership training completion
