What Will You Do? POSITION SUMMARY

Train as a Shift Leader to operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager. Assist in achieving sales growth by maintaining high standards in quality, service, and cleanliness, with a focus on profitability and standards compliance.

Essential Functions

• Supervise shifts, maintaining standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew members.
• Maintain a cooperative relationship with management and crew; assist with duties as needed.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to discuss operations, safety, and promotions.
• Manage labor costs and control inventory.
• Maintain reports and records in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure proper building and equipment maintenance.
• Handle cash responsibilities during shifts, including deposits.
• Present a professional appearance and enforce policies for safety, sanitation, and security.
• Exhibit behaviors aligned with Boddie-Noell's values and perform other tasks as directed.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Meet physical demands of the role.
• Ability to lead, recognize, and train talent.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Pass background and drug tests.
• Preferably hold a valid driver’s license.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Reliable, cheerful, and positive attitude.
• Value teamwork and helping others.
