Qualifications

• Previous retail, restaurant, bakery, or customer service experience preferred.

• Dependable, organized and detail-oriented for smooth shift operations.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support bakery team members during shifts.

This role works closely with the leadership team to lead by example, support team members, and ensure every shift runs smoothly. What We're Looking For

• We’re currently seeking someone available 2-4 days per week, with opportunities for additional hours and future growth as business needs evolve
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
