Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Manager to lead bakery operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining quality and cleanliness. You will help manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting in a fast-paced bakery environment.

The ideal candidate has prior leadership or supervisory experience in retail, restaurant, or food service, strong communication skills, and a team-first attitude.

As a Shift Manager, you will lead bakery operations during assigned shifts, support team members across all areas of the bakery, and help ensure every guest receives outstanding service while maintaining our high standards for quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.

What You'll Do

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate operational needs to managementi

What We're Looking For

• Previous leadership, supervisory, retail, restaurant, or food service experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
