Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Cafe | EVT in Ballentine, SC is seeking a Shift Lead to help deliver great food and a welcoming guest experience. You’ll lead the team during a shift, ensure food safety, prep fresh items, and keep the cafe running smoothly.

You’ll build real relationships with guests, manage inventory, maintain cleanliness, and train teammates. If you bring energy, pride, and a commitment to growth, we’ll support your development and promote from within.

Qualifications
