Job summary

Slim Chickens is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations in Ankeny, IA. The role includes evenings and weekends, with a focus on driving service quality and team performance at the 1730 N Ankeny Blvd location.

You will lead on shift in the absence of management, guide staff, and ensure a welcoming, efficient dining experience for guests while upholding Slim Chickens’ standards and culture.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more fast casual restaurant experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Leadership experience
• Excellent customer service

The Shift Leader is responsible for the overall leadership in the absence of upper management. The Shift Leader ensures the team has a clear understanding of what needs to be done. As our Shift Leader (SL), you impact all daily operations, and your skills are critical to the success of your restaurant and team. You:
