Job Responsibilities
  • Support management in daily operations, including coaching staff, ensuring food quality, and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Handle cash and follow training programs.
  • Develop team members for career growth and enforce policies.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives and build sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Be certified in all restaurant positions and communicate effectively.
  • Lead by example with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
Physical and Work Requirements
  • Move or transport up to 50 lbs; accommodations available for disabilities.
  • Work 38-40 hours per week, with reliable transportation.
  • Lead by example in food quality, customer interaction, and appearance.
  • Create high-quality food, maintain cleanliness, multitask, and manage a team of 2-5 people.
  • Proficient in slicing and baking bread.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: 1 year QSR experience.
  • Must be 18+ to operate slicer.
  • Serve Safe Food Handler Certification.
  • Reliable transportation.
