Join us as a Burger King Shift Leader at GPS Hospitality

We are seeking a Shift Leader to join our restaurant team. Shift Leaders are trained to perform all duties of Team Members and take on additional responsibilities, including directing daily restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager. This includes ensuring compliance with company standards across all areas such as product preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, and team management.

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests
2. Train and coach team members
3. Utilize GPS Hospitality Systems to manage restaurant operations effectively each shift
4. Maintain a high level of proficiency in restaurant operations and set a positive example
5. Provide coaching and feedback to team members
6. Supervise in accordance with GPS values and behaviors
7. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
8. Follow and enforce all cash policies and address violations
9. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Restaurant General Manager

Job Requirements

• 0-2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume environment
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the US

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform motions such as bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
• Stand for 8-10 hours
• Lift up to 20 lbs
