Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC. is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse to oversee a shift-based team in inbound, warehousing, and outbound activities. You will ensure quality, coordinate communication across shifts, and drive operational goals while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory/warehouse experience or related education and forklift certification; proficiency with MS Office is expected. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years supervisory or warehouse experience or Americold internship or bachelor's degree
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
• Forklift certification required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, calculators, desktop computers, and photocopiers

Responsibilities

• Supervise unloading inbound shipments and staging outbound shipments to meet quality standards
• Ensure accuracy and condition of inbound and outbound shipments
• Facilitate cross-communication between shifts and conduct shift meetings
• Oversee safe operation of materials handling equipment and maintain a clean, secure work area
• Ensure safety policy compliance and report safety incidents per OSHA/MSDS
• Direct work schedules, assign duties, and evaluate employee performance
• Address personnel issues and assist staff and management to resolve problems
• Other duties as needed
