Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee a shift, coordinating inbound, storage, and outbound activities to meet service goals. You will lead a team, ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency in receiving, warehousing, and shipping operations.

The role requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of warehouse management software is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate unloading, stacking, picking and staging to meet quality standards.
• Ensure accuracy and condition of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Facilitate cross-communication between shifts and conduct shift meetings.
• Oversee safe operation of materials handling equipment and maintain a clean, secure area.
• Ensure staff comply with safety policies, investigate safety incidents, and follow OSHA/MSDS guidelines.
• Direct work schedules, assign duties, and evaluate employee performance.
• Address personnel issues and support training and staff development.
