Relogistics, part of the largest pallet management services company in North America, is seeking a Shift Lead at our Aurora, CO facility. You will supervise a team, coordinate shift schedules, and ensure safety and HR policies are followed while handling pallet movements and equipment checks.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed.
• Load and unload materials from trailers and move to the appropriate staging area within the facility.
• Check to make sure loads are secure and perform daily equipment checks on power equipment.
• Perform basic financial data entry.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Assist with forklift driver duties as needed.
