Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Shift Lead for our DashMart local fulfillment center in Tucker, GA. You will lead shift operations, fulfill orders in a fast-paced environment, maintain inventory, and assist with light food prep where needed.

You will own your shift, ensure safety, quality, and timely execution, and guide team members to deliver a high-quality customer experience. A high school diploma is required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and obtain food handling certification is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; food handling certificate training provided by DoorDash.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs; capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse/kitchen environment.
• Proven experience in food & beverage, warehouse, or retail settings.
• Proficient with Google Docs and Google Sheets; organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts across warehouse and kitchen processes, ensuring safety, cleanliness, quality, and inventory control.
• Deliver accurate order fulfillment; communicate with customers and Dasher pickups to resolve issues.
• Lead Operations Associates, guiding the team to work safely and productively; serve as escalation point for daily operations.
• Collaborate across warehouse and kitchen tasks to support overall operations and positive customer experience.
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
