We’re seeking passionate people to join our team as Shift Leads.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with focus and clarity, managing task deployment for smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through genuine engagement, craft, quality, and friendly service while maintaining a clean and welcoming coffee bar.
• Support a positive team environment by communicating clearly, collaborating effectively, and setting an example of accountability, professionalism, and reliability.
• Ensure operational excellence by executing opening/closing routines, cash handling, inventory tasks, and visual updates during shifts.
• Embrace learning and change by developing skills, adapting to new priorities, and applying sound judgment and problem‑solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a leadership role and/or directing the work of others.
• Minimum 1 year experience with POS/cash handling responsibilities in a related industry.
• Availability of at least three days a week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays as required by business.
• Legal eligibility to work in the country where this job is located.
• Compliance with Peet’s Employment of Minors policies.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Ability to perform various physical tasks during the work shift (see Physical Requirements).
